Info from Licensor: "I was driving Eastbound on the interstate when traffic came to a stop abruptly shortly after 9 AM. I waited several minutes, but then noticed other drivers exiting their vehicles. I got out of my car and walked ahead to see what was happening. Directly across from me I discovered a police standoff in progress where a disabled black SUV was being tailed by dozens of police vehicles. I saw snipers and other officers with rifles in camouflage and decided to start recording. A sudden barrage of bullets was surprised me and caused me to look away, so missed a lot of the action. However, I caught most of the events as the police unloaded roughly thirty rounds in response to what we all had thought was an unarmed suspect exiting the vehicle. I later saw other angles showing him exit the car and fire a shot from a small handgun, but we had no idea he was armed at the time. After they had clearly shot him to death and sent the dog out after him, they still yelled commands at his lifeless body. It was another ninety minutes or more before they let us drive past the scene and go home."
