Info from Licensor: "At around 4pm, a woman drove her car into the Schuylkill River from the parking lot of the Schuylkill River Trail. I took this video after I called 911, so I didn't get an early video of the scene. The woman's car was floating in the river when a man, who was driving by at the time, saw the car, stopped and jumped in to help her. Another man, who yelled 'that is my wife' jumped in too, while a third man swam a tire iron out to the car to help break the windows. A crew boat was nearby and came to help and threw life vests to the men. They pulled the woman out right as the car went under. The crew boat pulled her in and took her to shore. Thanks to a couple of good samaritans, she is still alive. The police arrived soon after."
