Info from Licensor: "My husband woke up at 6 am to get ready for work. He always checks the cameras first thing in the morning and he realized that a random man was stealing stuff from the inside of his brother's Honda. He called his brother and let him know what was going on. By impulse, my husband decided to walk outside our house and yelled at the guy saying 'what are you doing to my car?' And that’s when the chase began. My brother in law came out of the house without realizing that my husband was already chasing the guy. They told him to never do that again."
