Info from Licensor: "I was driving home when suddenly the truck in front of me stopped and blocked the on-ramp to my exit. I was curious as to what this guy was up to so I started watching him. I saw what he was doing and knew I had to catch this on video. Chicago gets a bad rap for a lot of things but sometimes we need to all remember that we are all here together in this race.
