Info from Licensor: My family and I were watching an approaching thunderstorm late in the evening of 6/29/22 in Danvers, MA. We love to watch lightning so we were casually recording videos of the storm on our phones. We never expected to capture anything so dramatic. There was a lot of brilliant cloud-to-cloud lightning getting closer and all of a sudden a massive ground strike happened directly in front of us. The bolt hit 500ft away, passing through a tree and we later found out it jumped over to a house next to it and started a fire.
