Info from Licensor: "In January, while driving West over the Veterans Parkway bridge as it crosses Del Prado in Cape Coral Florida, I saw a car merging from the far right lane into the far left lane. They continued merging left even as a car was directly in their path. That car swerved out of the way, only to turn on their lights and reveal that they were an unmarked police cruiser. They would later pull the car over at the next stoplight."
