Info from Licensor: "Seen on the Carroll Street F/G subway platform in Brooklyn, New York's Cobble Hill neighborhood on Friday, April 5th. The dog's owner was attempting to board a Manhattan-bound train with the dog hanging from a burlap sack suspended from his shoulder. However, when the train conductor spotted him, he told the dog's owner he couldn't board the train. The dog's owner insisted his dog was in a bag, as required by MTA rules; the conductor disagreed, saying it didn't count as a bag. They briefly argued, then the train conductor closed the doors, and the train left the station."
