Info from Licensor: "I started following this semi-truck because it was driving erratically when I noticed blue lights behind me I then moved and the officer got behind it and I just slowly followed in awe. My son told me to start filming so I grabbed my phone (sorry). I started filming and the truck driver suddenly started losing more and more control and ended up crashing, causing all kinds of dust and debris until I got emotional and was so focused on the semi truck and the officer that the phone was the least of my worries. I got out to help him move rocks and car parts out of the roadway and help direct traffic along with others that presumed to get out of their cars!"
