Info from Licensor: We were driving on Broadway Street in San Antonio and it had been raining hard for only a little bit. But a few blocks north we encountered a true flash flood. It was scary. Water rises within minutes. People were getting stranded and fire trucks were coming. Thank God we were in a truck. We got out of there fast and headed to a highway.
