Info from Licensor: "There was a paving operation at the Rogers Pass in British Columbia Canada. During slow moving traffic, a packer lost control with two men on board. It went into north ditch, crossed HWY 1, crashed through a concrete barrier and fell down a steep embankment, roughly 200 feet. The men were able to jump off and climb up the hill. I was in the blue shirt and ran over to help if I could."
