Info: "We were walking, and a tourist was in a dangerous part of the point where the waves come crashing over onto the jagged rock. The tourist was a New Jersey police officer and a surfer. The wave crashed on him, and he was smashed into the rocks. I noticed him walking away and that he was severely injured and my husband provided first aid. He had a big gash in his leg, and lacerations on face, arms, and back."
