Info From Licensor: I was with my daughter as we were on our way to volunteer at a non-profit Catholic radio station fundraising event for Radio Maria Houston. As we approached Hwy 290 from Hwy 6 north, we came upon the incident as it was escalating. My first initial thought was that this would play itself out rather quickly but it kept taking a turn for the worst. I then thought the best I can do was to block traffic so that the parties involved would not get run over and asked my daughter to document the situation with my phone.
