Info from Licensor: "I was driving home from work. I noticed the truck in the video and another car were having an altercation about 5 miles before the collision. That went on until the other car exited the freeway, about 3 miles. The truck was behind me most of the way in the number 1 lane of the freeway, driving normally. I moved over to the number 2 lane because it was clear. I got slowed down and he passed me on the right (number 1 lane). I went to pass a vehicle to the left (number 3 lane) and when I got around I saw another vehicle in front. I sped up to pass that vehicle and ended up in front of the truck in the number 1 lane. moved into the lane with plenty of room and did not cut him off. After about a half mile he caught up (slowly) and by this time I was moving over to get ready for my exit. 1 mile before the exit I moved from the 1 lane to the 2 lane, that's when I noticed that he speed up and started getting really close right behind me. I proceeded to get into the number 3 lane after passing an SUV because my exit was next. The truck then speed up and was met with a car going slower in the number 2 lane and the number 1 lane was open. The truck then started to merge into my lane, I moved over to avoid then I noticed the guard rail so I stayed the course and he tapped me and started pushing me more towards the guard rail. I swerved back and was able to move back into my lane and then he ended up in front of me and was able to then push me directly off the freeway. Once I noticed I was off and headed down the embankment I saw the tree in my direct path and turned into the fence. My goal was to go through the fence not run alongside it. The truck stopped and made his way back to my location. I called 911 and they told me an officer was on the way. The driver told the officer that he made an illegal lane change and caused the collision per the officer when speaking to me. I was able to walk away with no injuries, not even a cut. Car is totaled and now dealing with the insurance."
