Info from Licensor: "We installed an Aluminum Sash Window Pet Door in a window that leads to an enclosed catio/patio. When trying to teach my cat Ivy to use the door, she chose wrong and bonked her head on the glass side panel. Ivy recovered quickly and suffered no injury."
