Info from Licensor: "I work for a Real Estate Company up by the Broadmoor in Colorado Springs. We saw a Mama bear roaming around outside and she was clawing at the garage door that had recently been closed. My co-worker opened the garage door slightly because he could hear something inside and out ran three cubs! Thankfully there was no damage in the garage, just trash everywhere."
