Info from Licensor: "On a Thursday night after attending some local bars as a designated driver, I witnessed this hit and run. It occurred between 43rd and State-line. Two drivers were involved in some sort of collision which led to one vehicle being flipped. The accident occurred right before me and several passengers. We took it upon ourselves to stop and help the victim to safety. Unfortunately, the other driver sped off down 43rd street before we could get a license plate number."
