Info from Licensor: "I was driving on a neighborhood road in the evening when I saw a construction truck leaving an empty lot hit some power lines and short them out. There was a bright flash as if someone was welding something, and then a ton of smoke afterwards. Driving past it, I saw that the power lines running through were dangerously close to the ground as the power went out in most of the neighborhood. I pulled over shortly after and called 911. Fire department went to the scene and power was restored within a couple of hours."
