Info from Licensor: "Since the beginning of the pandemic, like most people, I have not gone out much. My wife is the chief clinical officer for a large hospice agency. You can imagine she is working non stop. I was laid off in March and her work load tripled. The day this event occurred, my wife was scheduled to be in SE Michigan helping vaccinate a large number of staff. My mother in-law stepped in to watch our 3 boys so I could take a much needed break. The video you see occurred while I was leaving. I was headed off the ice and happened to turn around and see this gentleman running after his shanty."
