Info from Licensor: "My dad was trying to figure out how to give out candy while keeping both the children and ourselves safe by distancing. He attached a clothesline to a pulley system with a fishing line and attached the bucket to put candy in. Now, we can sit on the comfort and safety of our own porch and still be able to give the trick or treaters candy!"
