Info from Licensor: "The Jacob brother's family and their mates celebrate Australia Day down at the local river in Canberra. Every year they think of ways to make the event bigger and better. In 2016, Mike and Phil Jacob thought up the original concept over some beers and the first version of the spinning water slide nicknamed "the washing machine" was built. In 2017 the idea was expanded upon to make the custom-built contraption looks like an iconic 'Hills Hoist' rotary clothesline with speeds up to 40mph. There are already plans in the making for another one to celebrate next year. The exact technical details of the rig with its untangle-able irrigation system and automatic load sensitive speed proportioning remains a mystery."
