Info from Licensor: "This is a business in California that's been absolutely plagued by the homeless problem, and the San Diego Police Department has essentially left us out in the cold to deal with it ourselves. They don't respond to 911 calls, and they don't take anyone to jail for less than violent crimes. My business typically has to deal with these issues ourselves. Two men (yes one was wearing a dress) were blocking the entrance to my business while smoking crack. I opened the door and nicely asked them to move along, this request was met with insults, threats of violence, and refusal to move. I explained if they did not move they would not like what happened next (usually pepper spray is the next step). When I shut the door I was under the impression that the dress-wearing man was taking the other by the arm and walking him away, but the other man was very angry and continued to yell threats through the door. I told the man one last time not to tough the property and to move along. The man responded saying 'I'll come IN THERE and kick your ass if I have to' and reached towards the door. The door suddenly opened violently and knocked the man to the ground, where he realized the consequences of his actions and decided to move along."
