Info from Licensor: "The Rapidan Dam located in Rapidan, MN experienced a losing battle to water due to the increase of rain in the area within a short period of time. The Rapidan Dam couldn't hold the power of the water as it eroded away at the surrounding land taking buildings along with it. Officials have advised residents of Rapidan and surrounding towns to prepare for evacuation."
