A man, who lives next to a vacant property home to many feral cats, scares his neighbors by climbing into a duct and waiting for them to start eating.
Info From Licensor: "We have feral cats that live next door. My wife insists on feeding them so I told her I was going to scare them off.
My son helped me set up the camera and climb into the duct. He called my wife out to ask her about the cats. When I jumped forward I scared the cats and scared my wife as well."
