Info from Licensor: "On that Sunday, I had quite the interesting night. It started with me coming home just after 11:00 PM. When I had gotten in I had started looking for the kitten I had just adopted the day prior. I could hear this distressed meow and went on a search to find him. When I found the source of the meowing I was a little confused, it seemed it was coming from the toilet. On the first inspection, it appeared as though the little guy was behind my toilet but on further inspection, I realized not only was he behind my toilet but had gotten his head stuck in this little ceramic hole in the toilet structure and couldn’t get back out. Finally, the plumber gets to my place and is scratching his head on this one. There was issue after issue in trying to remove the toilet and no one really knows how the kitten was positioned so no idea how best to get him out. Then it turned into a call to the fire department, who did show up and was just as perplexed as the rest of us. Thankfully due to the resourcefulness and patience of the plumber, we were able to get the toilet off. Okay, so now it’s 2:30 in the morning and 5 of us are standing around this toilet piece trying to figure out how to get this guy out. Then came the butter and many failed attempts and trying to push his head out. Next was some frantic calls to the vet trying to explain the situation and looking for solutions. Finally, just before 3:00 am, we were off to the vet with a toilet and a cat stuck inside. This was a first for many of us, the vet included, and though no one was sure if there would be a way to successfully get the little guy out, finally around 3:30 am, this little guy found his freedom! Though the experience was pretty traumatic at the time for both the kitten and us, we’re very happy that he’s free and in good spirits. This is a resilient guy and with much love and care seems to have bounced back like it was like it was nothing and I suspect he won’t be exploring behind toilets again."
