Info from Licensor: "I have been in truck driving for 7 years. I catch things like this all the time. In the video is it a semi-truck that obviously has something wrong with his fuel or his DEF and it was making his exhaust super red and a flame to appear out of the stack. This was driving down 94/80 in Illinois."
