Santa Barbara Storm Rips through Street

Occurred on September 3, 2017 / Santa Barbara, California, USA Info from Licensor: "In the Funk Zone at 20 Helena Avenue, I was standing at the front door when the sky went from sunny to black. As I began to film the downpour the neighbors rusty corrugated metal roofing came flying down the street. The wind was so strong it felt like a mini tornado. I stopped filming to run upstairs and close our skylights, and when I rounded the corner there was a river coming down the staircase. I ran up it confused and found the North end of our roof was gone. Water was pouring in flooding my office. I went on the roof to find my office's roofing hanging like a flap, but I couldn't lift it all alone. Another skylight and window were shattered. And the neighboring tenant's roof was entirely missing. We found it 2-3 blocks away on the railroad tracks."
