Info from Licensor: "Two men were working on removing a gas tank from a vehicle inside a unit of a multi-unit storage building with power tools, when something unexpected happened. Sparks from the tool caused a fire that they could not control that caused an explosion. The ensuing fire began enveloping each unit, eventually reaching the unit in which commercial grade fireworks where being stored, resulting in a spectacular 10-minute show. In the end, the entire building and contents were destroyed."
