Info from Licensor: "My family and I were watching and videoing a major storm with major hail, rain and high winds that came out of nowhere! It was all fun and games until we realized how crazy this storm really was. It was coming down so fast that it suddenly looked like our driveway was a river, so we had the thought to go check on our mother in law apartment where the water was flowing. My boys and I went downstairs and water was coming in everywhere. Our first thought was to grab all of the electronics out of the way of the water, thinking it would just continue to flow in like it was. My husband was outside trying to get the hail and rain out of the window well and soon realized he couldn’t keep up. Luckily he rushed down just in time to warn us to get out of the room. I have time stamp on previous videos that by the time we decided to check on the apartment, to time of explosion was only five minutes!
My son is crying in the video saying, not again! My mother and father in law that live in the apartment had just finished remodeling that basement after a sewage flood we had down there just a few month ago. Everything was brand new and just redone. The whole situation is so crappy, but we are just so very grateful that everyone was safe. Still waiting to hear back if insurance will be covering the damages or not, but in the meantime my sister set up a gofundme to help."
