Info from Licensor: He is elderly and seems to have difficulties with a key for the pedestrian or a clicker so he waits for a driver to come in or out. He does this multiple times a day sometimes so I know he knows where he’s going. I keep a clicker nearby and if I have the opportunity to assist him by letting him in sooner than a car arrives then I do. It means he doesn’t have to stand around as long.
