Info from Licensor: "This video was taken on July 4th, where I gave my nephew some 'Pop-Its' to throw on the ground. Every single time he did this, he laughed. Later on in the day, we decided to put him in the stroller to go down the street as he was enjoying the neighbor's fireworks, and that is where this moment was captured.
