Info from Licensor: This clip was taken from the front of Mauds Tattoo Company in Emporia Kansas. The driver couldn't see the stoplight as they ran over the curb and into the light knocking it down and causing it to be removed completely. The city said they are unsure when it will be repaired due to not having parts available or on hand.
