Info from Licensor: "At the Tergasul terminal in Canoas - Rio Grande do Sul - Brazil, on the Kempton ship that was docked. Engineers radioed that a dog was trapped in cables on the port side of the boat. We saw him, and I asked the Captain for permission to go and rescue him, he authorized me to go down and swim towards him. The crew began preparing the maneuver with pallets and cylinders. When I came down, I swam towards the dog. He suffered injuries from the barbed wire, so I didn't hesitate to pull him up and swim with him towards the boat. I received the rope with a knot already prepared by the sailors and as soon as I tied it they quickly brought it. As soon as he arrived on board, he was fed. Looking at his condition, it looked like he hadn't eaten in days. For now, he remains on board until the water level drops. The crew that participated in the rescue maneuver were sailors, oilers, engineers and the second pilot who spoke to you with authorization from the Commander."
