Info from Licensor: "I was traveling to pick up my daughter, when I looked to see if I was clear to make a right hand turn. When I double checked that all was clear, the black Camaro came into my sight, traveling at a high rate of speed. I waited for them to pass and began to proceed behind them. He had to break hard due to a slower car in front of him and soon he began traveling below the posted speed limit. This is when he felt I was too close and began break checking me. Three times he break checked me to almost a stop in the middle of the street. Then he accelerated dramatically. Almost hitting several cars, he continued to accelerate and break drastically. Then we come to the left hand turn at the stop light. This is part of my daily route, so I proceeded behind him at the light. He made a few gestures in the rear view mirror while sitting at the light. He was so preoccupied that he initially misses the light turning green. Once he notices, he hits the gas and drifts sideways over corrects and ends up traveling down the sidewalk. The only thing between him and the telephone pole was a guide wire, which the car traveled up and stayed. I don't know that a good stunt man could pull this off twice in a row. The driver was helped from the car and stayed at the scene until Police arrived. When he first spoke to the police, he admitted to having had at least one beer. I don't have confirmation, but my understand is that he was arrested at the scene for DUI. He repeatedly said he didn't know what happened, that he was just going around the corner."
