Info from Licensor: "At 9:30 AM, I was checking out our house which is under construction and an alert rang on my phone for Washington County that there was a Tornado Warning. Then my mother-in-law and I looked off into the distance and we saw what looked to be the rotation of a tornado. It was moving Northeast very quickly. My mother-in-law went to my truck to grab her phone so she could film as well. As the local news, WJHG-TV, was reporting on the rotation, we were watching it in real-time."
