Info from Licensor: "My friend/business partner (Satoshi Iwasaki) and I (Brian Wilson) were leaving work. The event started taking place about 30-45 minutes after work closed. The person we were trying to help was likely on drugs or schizophrenic. He mentions his full name in the video. We knew he was not in the right state of mind so we assessed the situation, called the FD, and waited with Johnny until officials arrived."
