Info from Licensor: "I lost my two dogs... My Pomeranian Rolo and Shepherd Husky, Shiver, in 2022. I was heartbroken. I was determined to not get another dog and risk the same heartbreak again. I was also experiencing depression. But I found this puppy, a pom like Rolo but the exact same color as Shiver, and so purchased her early in 2023. I wanted a name that was a nod to Shiver, who loved the snow. I decided to call her Yoskakonakow, meaning "the snow is soft" in Cree. It is because of her that I started getting up in the morning and not sleeping all day, and laughing again. She is incredibly smart and so much fun. Yoska taught herself to play hide by hiding her sweet little face when she knew I was going to take her off the couch. She now plays this game all the time - if she wants my attention, doesn't want to do what I want her to do, or just wants a treat. I miss Rolo and Shiver so much but Yoska brings me so much happiness and I love her so much."
