Info from Licensor: "I observed a car going the wrong way on a one way street at high speed, nearly causing several accidents, so I took a picture of the car's license plate and walked into a nearby restaurant. A few minutes later I left the restaurant and began to walk back to my business. From approximately 500 feet away the driver of the car began yelling at me. I ignored the yells and kept walking. The driver got in his car and drove at high speed to cut in front of me, blocking my path. The driver exited the vehicle and began aggressively confronting me, questioning why I took photos of the license plate. I took out my phone and started taking pictures. The driver hit the phone out of my hand and continued aggressively accosting me. I saw another employee from my and requested that they call security. I picked up my phone and attempted to continue taking photos, at which point the driver hit my phone out of my hand again. This is what I was able to capture."
