Info From Licensor: "I was walking down my neighborhood when I spotted a car racing and making a sharp right turn into a one way as cops were pursuing him. I knew something was wrong so I pulled out my camera to document what I'm witnessing. The car reverse several of times and went forward, but there was a yellow cab in his way. The cops tried breaking the window since the driver refused to stop. Eventually the Range Rover got away and went onto the Westside Highway. Sources say he was caught." - Michael Gonzales
