Info from Licensor: "This woman was driving extremely slow down a street in Midtown Miami. The car behind her started honking the horn for her to move faster. People who were coming out of Party City I believe were laughing and that ticked off the woman even more. She proceeded to sit out on her drivers side window while car was moving to give the people the double bird and forgot that car was moving. The car then crashed into a nearby parked car. She backed out of the accident to then scream that 'it will be fine!' and drove away from the scene. She escaped and no one was harmed during the filming of that video."
