Info from Licensor: "My mom sisters and cousin were on a nice nature walk in bolivar Ohio when this happened. I pulled out my phone because I had a feeling something would go wrong during this jump across the creek. My cousin was very confident that he could make it across the creek. When he landed his feet got stuck in mud which resulted in the violent face plant lol."
