Info from Licensor: "I was driving around a parking lot when I saw an owl stuck in the front end of a parked vehicle. I parked my truck and tried to free it but it was too tight. A passerby tried to help me but it was still wedged too tight. A third person showed up with a box and towel and between the three of us, we were able to pull apart the plastic and free the owl. It turns out that the third person was a local veterinarian. The owl was eventually taken to Tri-state Bird and Rescue where it was treated for shock and a broken wing. The latest update I have is that he underwent surgery this morning for a broken shoulder and is expected to survive."
