Occurrence Date: October 23, 2015 Info From Licensor: "this happened about an hour ago. My girlfriend was leaving the mall when she noticed a women being approached by a police officer in the mall parking lot. After the police officer attempted to approach the vehicle, she fled. She then taunted the officer several times, brake checking him at times and giving lovely hand signals outside the driver side window. The video picks up after this point.
For the record, as an avid live leaker and a member of this community, I think I did pretty well to instill the instinct of the 'horizontal mode' of recording into my lady. Although, I do apologize for the commentary and the out of focus recording at the end."
