Info from Licensor: I took all my kids to school, so me and my mum went out for lunch. We went past the brow salon which is no bookings you can just walk in. I am a qualified beautician but fancied a pamper instead of doing them myself. We both sat down together side by side. It was difficult to understand the salon employees’ English. I said I wanted them tinted and threaded and my mum said the same. The lady nodded and put the tint on both of us and went off to do someone else as tint usually takes around 4 mins to develop. I did a quick video to post on my insta story as us girls do. 10 minutes later, she wiped the tint off and began threading them. She then just said, “thank you, next please.”
I didn’t go pass a mirror, so I stood up pulled my hair out my bobble, paid £14 at the counter by the main door, and told my mum I’m going to wait outside as it was busy, and I was getting hot. I got my phone out and went on my selfie camera to have a look. I was in shock. I didn’t know what to do other than laugh. I thought it was a joke! My mum quickly followed. I just started laughing and told he we need to walk NOW. She took her glasses off and they looked even worse! We did a video for my insta story to warn people not to go there. I couldn’t complain as the language barrier was hard and I suffer with anxiety when it comes to complaining.
I did nothing with them that night nor did my mum. We just kept calling each other laughing. We used acetone/nail varnish remover which took a while to get all the tint off. I still have wonky eyebrows. Me and my mum both have decided I’ll carry on doing them for the both of us again.
