Info from Licensor: "I'm a journeyman lineman and while I was at work we where called to a power outage. The fuse was blown on the high voltage (7620volt) line that powered the underground transformer. We started troubleshooting and refused the barrel. When we close it (like in the video) if it blows then the underground primary wire is faulted and will have to be replaced or repaired. If it does blow, then the problem may be in the underground transformer or it could be a customer problem inside the building. As seen in video, the fuse blew and the cable had to be replaced."
