Info from Licensor: "I was prepping my Thanksgiving turkey using the spatchcocking method. I was having trouble flattening the turkey with my hands. They make it look so easy online. So I was creative and used what I had available - my whole body weight. It worked very well. And I had turkey juice on my butt the rest of the day."
