Info from Licensor: "I'm a fish keeper in Central Illinois, I carry and breed many species of African Cichlids. When breeding, I'm trying to produce as many fish as possible in the shortest period of time. After the female holds the fertilized eggs in her mouth for 3 weeks, they are mature enough to strip the babies and put the mom back in her original fish tank to start the breeding again. This particular fish is an African Cichlid from Lake Victoria in Tanzania Africa. It's a Haplochromis SP.35 (Tomato Hap). Fish breeding/keeping is relaxing, rewarding, and a great learning experience for myself and my 2 children."
