Occurred on October 16, 2017 / Bellevue, Nebraska, USA Info from Licensor: "An elderly gentleman pulled up to a street blocked by a garbage truck and garbage men doing their job. He stopped in front of the garbage truck and refused to move. However, the garbage men could not back the truck up for safety reasons ordered by their work. The older gentleman then backed up and accelerated forward. This knocked a garbage man to the ground and pinned his foot under the tire. After that, the elderly man quickly left."
