Info from Licensor: "Before I started to film I was heading toward St. Louis street in the French quarter and saw a male who looked like he could be white or Hispanic from my distance. He was in the middle of the street trying to stop cars from going by. He was banging on the cars, reaching through windows yelling out, "Nobody is listening to me" he was yelling political things saying it's not fair. He mentioned Donald Trump a couple of times. A guy then pulled up in a red Ford Taurus. He looked like a security guard because he had a polo style shirt on with a gun on his hip. The officer approached the guy, I'm not sure if he identified himself as an officer but a struggle began in the street leading to the sidewalk. I then started recording. By this time the officer was on top of the guy. As people began to walk up and help, the guy was able to get from under the officer and get on top of the officer. The guy then started to swing at the officer and a shot went off. The officer got up and I noticed the guy was shot. A bystander took his shirt off to try and stop the bleeding and the guy who was shot was still trying to even resist him a little. Police then arrived."
