Info from Licensor: "This took place as I was driving around downtown. My vehicle is equipped with a dash cam in the event that I am in an accident and the other party lies about what happened. I pulled up behind this pickup truck and as it was pulling off, I happened to notice that the back wheel started to wobble. I didn't think too much into it, only that maybe he hit a pothole and it was just warped. However, it soon became apparent that wasn't the case after he turned right at the intersection."
