Info from Licensor: "I was biking on the Ocean City boardwalk with friends when I spotted a raccoon
nine floors high on an apartment complex on the wall, not a balcony but the wall. Animal control was there too, but had not made contact with the raccoon. I then witnessed him spring off and fall. He landed on his feet and then ran away!"
